London Premier League - Final standings

This had seemed a good idea early in the season. We were flying high with wins against Arsenal and Spurs and Chelsea were languishing at the bottom of the table. Typically these things even themselves out and the final table makes disappointing reading. Still, I figured I ought to finish what I started and publish it anyway.

NUTS! I cocked that up - will fix it and come back with the correct table later. Soz.

surely spurs are second on goal difference?

You might want to try again and this time place the column headings in the right order i.e. drawn matches and lost matches.

you've got this a bit wrong haven't you??!! If this is the 08/09 season, Spurs didn't lose in the league against L'Arsenal, Chavski or the Pikey Boys; yet you have them down as losing 3??

I think you may have made a mistake there - spurs record should read: won 3 (wh x2, chelsea), drew 4 (arsenal x2, chelsea, fulham), lost 1 (fulham) - points 13. Not bragging, just wanting to set the record straight.

This table is wrong mate, Spurs drew with Arsenal twice and drew with Chelsea as well as beasting them, beat West Ham twice and drew with Fulham at home, we lost to you at your place, that should put us on 13 points.

Are you sure that's right?

Spurs, for example, drew twice with Arsenal, beat West Ham twice, drew and won against Chelsea, and drew one and lost one v Fulham.

To me, that's one defeat and 13 pts.

How many did Spurs lose, i dont beleive it was 4 games, we have only lost once to you 2-1. the other game at ours was a draw,

we drew twice with the goons
drew and beat Chelsea
and beat the Hammers twice,

or am i reading the table wrong.

Hi, not sure you are your table is correct, seeing that you have Spurs losing 4 games. I make it Spurs only lost once (away to Fulham). They beat West Ham home and away (as usual), drew twice with Arsenal and drew away to Chelsea and won at home. Can we have an update please. Thanks

I think you will find that Tottenham figures should read 3 wins, 4 draws and 1 loss = 13 points.

Shouldn't Spurs be higher than Arsenal on Goal Difference?

Fairly sure Spurs didn't lose 4 times to London opposition this year. I believe we took 13 points from the capital clubs and finished top of the table, details sunshine details.

You can't have 12 wins and 15 defeats in the same table.

I suggest you reverse Spurs' Drawn and Lost games to make it accurate. (They lost away to fulham, but drew twice with Arsenal, once with Fulham, and once with Chelsea)

So Spurs topped the table.

Spurs topped the table

You got the Draws and Loses the wrong way round for them.

Spurs comes before Arsenal by virtue of better goal difference.

Try this with the Big Four and us - Liverpool come out with 18 points, us and Arsenal each with 9, Chelsea with 8 and Man Utd with 7. That's an incredible achievement.
